About the job

Are you a newly graduated or experienced nurse and would you like to become part of an engaged multidisciplinary community, then N31 might be for you?

We are seeking a nurse for a permanent position of 32-37 hours per week, starting 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

Neurology gives you the opportunity to develop strong competences in basic nursing care, clinical observations and management of both acute and complex patient pathways. You will encounter patients with Parkinson's Disease (including patients in advanced treatment), head trauma, brain tumors and ALS as well as patients undergoing neurological investigations. You will thus meet patients in all stages of disease progression, including patients with a need for relief and palliative care.

A strong learning environment

Through our competence program we work purposefully to develop your competencies in clinical decision-making and clinical leadership, so you learn to prioritise, coordinate and create an overview in complex patient pathways.

With us you will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen your clinical skills through thorough onboarding, supervision and ongoing sparring. You will gain experience with, among other things, medication handling, tube care, pre- and postoperative nursing, assistance with lumbar puncture, IV cannulation, blood sampling and nursing observations of patients in complex pathways, so you can develop professionally and personally in the role as a nurse.

A strong community

With us, well-being, collaboration and professional standards are closely connected. We help each other in daily life, support each other in busy periods, spar with colleagues across experience and professional backgrounds, and work closely with doctors, therapists and other partners to create the best patient pathways. You will become part of a safe working environment where we lift together and there is always a colleague to ask.

We are looking for you who

  • Is a trained nurse.
  • Has professional engagement and wants to deliver nursing care of high quality.
  • Wants to work purposefully with patient and relative involvement.
  • Has good collaboration and communication skills.
  • Is motivated to develop both general and neurological nursing competencies.
  • Has an interest in clinical skills such as medication handling, tube care, IV cannulation, blood sampling and observation of patients in complex pathways.

Why you should choose N31

We offer, among other things

  • An individually tailored introduction and competency development program with a mentoring scheme.
  • Participation in Region Hovedstaden's course Getting Started in Nursing for newly graduated nurses.
  • Courses, teaching, professional presentations and simulation training to support your professional development.
  • Opportunity to participate in Region Hovedstaden's neurological specialization course after two years of employment.
  • Ongoing competency development conversations, bedside teaching and clinical supervision with clinical nursing specialists.
  • Buddy system with opportunities for sparring and professional feedback in everyday work.
  • Participation in interdisciplinary key-person groups based on your interests and competencies
