Then Munkegårdsskolen is seeking an academically grounded and approachable leader who is passionate about helping to raise leisure pedagogy in line with Gentofte Municipality's new school vision.

You will become part of a dynamic leadership team that is focused on the whole school day for all children. We do this in collaboration with staff, the school board and parents. You will enter a well-run school, characterized by systematic work and good finances. We want a colleague who can navigate cross-pressures in a busy daily life and contribute positive energy to a school where traditions and coherence are highly valued.

Munkegårdsskolens GFO is an integrated and important part of Munkegård School's entire school day. In the GFO you will meet fourteen engaged pedagogues and teaching assistants who are an active part of the pupils from 0th-3rd grade school day and leisure time. In the leisure part we offer movement, immersion, development, fun and mischief. There is close daily collaboration between pedagogues and teachers to create a coherent school day for all pupils. We are seeking a leader who is relationally strong, and who will take the lead when daily life rolls on.

We are seeking a GFO leader who

• takes personnel responsibility for the pedagogical staff in the GFO
• has experience with safe operations and structures in daily life including scheduling, substitute coverage and overview of working hours
• has experience with and will lead in the work with our pedagogical development
• has strong communication skills, and places importance on a good working environment and collaboration with staff, children and parents
• can listen, motivate and be clear in expectations
• enjoys the everyday and is visibly present among children and staff every day
• has a relevant educational background, experience and preferably relevant continuing education
