We are seeking 1-2 committed teachers who want to become part of our academically strong and welcoming community.

We especially need competencies in music, German, Danish and English at the middle school level and in the upper secondary level.

Our everyday life is characterized by presence, clarity and calm – both in interaction with the students and in collaboration with each other.

We work project- and scenario-based and actively involve our scenic surroundings in teaching. At the same time, we have a strong focus on co-teaching – especially in the early years, where it is a central part of our practice, but also as a prioritized approach across the rest of the school.

Our goal is that all students feel they are a valuable part of the community – and at the same time are academically challenged and personally supported.

As a school we also host a broad student group and several municipal programs. We house both the municipal 10th grade, the municipality's reception center and junior apprentice classes, which provides an exciting and diverse learning environment and good opportunities for cross-curricular collaboration.

What can you expect?

You will become part of a modern and newly built school in Helsinge with good facilities and easy access to nature and public transport.

We have a strong academic environment with dedicated colleagues and leadership that prioritizes well-being and development.

We are a school with international outlook and participate in Erasmus projects as well as exchange experiences with our Japanese sister city. In addition, we collaborate closely with local sports clubs and have a sports talent line in the upper secondary level.

Who are you?

We imagine that you are a qualified teacher and eager to work closely with your colleagues in a team. You are good at building relationships with children and youth, and you thrive in a daily life where you must be clear, present and calm. You have a high level of expertise and work with differentiation and classroom management so that all students have the opportunity to succeed.

You have ambitions for both the students and yourself – and actively contribute to the community.

The position is full-time with commencement on December 1, 2026.
