Groundworks worker for the electricity grid at Jysk Energi – Good training and own company car

Would you like to help ensure a strong and stable electricity grid?

At Jysk Energi Teknik we are seeking a practical and engaged employee who wants to become part of our service and construction department, where we work with operation, maintenance and expansion of the electrical grid.

You will work together with our experienced colleagues and play an important role in daily work, contributing with practical tasks, preparation of materials and assistance with work on the 0.4 kV grid.

The work is varied and primarily takes place outdoors – in all seasons and weather.

Your primary tasks will be to

• Assist with installation in cable cabinets and transformer stations
• Handle, prepare and label cables and cable cabinets for installation and carry out digging near cable cabinets
• Prepare tasks and ready tools and materials
• Pack and handle materials and assist with tidying up and practical tasks
• Participate in inspections of the 0.4 kV grid together with our installers in due course

We imagine that you

• Are practically minded and enjoy outdoor physical work in all kinds of weather
• Are reliable, responsible and good at collaborating
• Are initiative-minded and have a sense of order with materials and tools
• Have an interest in the electricity and energy sector and a desire to learn new things
• Can speak and understand Danish and have a driving license for passenger cars (category B)

We do not require a specific education. The most important is that you have a strong practical sense, the right attitude and willingness to take part. Experience from the trades or similar work is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Jysk Energi Teknik is part of the group and handles, among other things, operation, maintenance and expansion of the electricity grid – primarily in Western Jutland. We work every day to ensure a stable power supply and develop the grid so it can meet the future increasing demand for electricity.
