Group Leader at Solgården

Would you like to help develop the health and care places of the future?

Solgården in Herritslev faces an exciting development as part of the Health Reform and the new national quality standards for health and care places. Therefore we are seeking an engaged and proactive group leader who is passionate about leadership and professional development.

We are looking for a leader who can head the daily operations and at the same time actively contribute to the development of Solgården as a service for citizens with complex health and rehabilitation needs. A leader who can create direction, motivate employees and translate strategic goals into high quality in practice.

As a group leader you will play a central role in the development of the health and care places of the future in Guldborgsund Municipality, where rehabilitation, interdisciplinary collaboration, citizen involvement and patient safety are fundamental elements of the effort.

About Solgården

Solgården offers temporary 24-hour stays for 29 citizens with complex and multifaceted needs where there is a need for intensive, multidisciplinary and time-bound intervention.

At Solgården we work rehabilitatively and anchor our work in each citizen's resources, wishes and goals. We believe that the citizen is an active partner in their own process, and we work purposefully to strengthen the citizens’ ability to master their own lives and participate in meaningful communities.

The staff group consists of employees with a broad professional composition, including social and health helpers, social and health assistants, pedagogical assistants, nutrition assistants and activity workers.

There is close interdisciplinary collaboration with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and training assistants.

About the position

As a group leader you will be responsible for operations, professional development and personnel management. Together with the assistant group leader, you will ensure a well-functioning daily life and at the same time contribute to the development of Solgården's upcoming health and care places. You will play an important role in creating coherence between political goals, strategic decisions and daily practice.

Qualifications

We envision that you

• Have a health professional background as a nurse.
• Have a leadership qualification at diploma level or are motivated to undertake a relevant leadership education.
• Have experience with interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Have knowledge of quality development, documentation and patient safety.
