PERSONAL ASSISTANT WANTED – AALBORG 🌿

I am looking for a female personal assistant for a permanent part-time position averaging 30 hours per week.

The job is for you if you thrive in a role where the workplace is a private home, and where you become an important part of a regular daily routine.

About the job

The position is on average 30 hours per week with primarily longer shifts. There will be shifts on weekdays, weekends and holidays, and you will be part of a fixed shift cycle.

You will receive thorough training in the tasks and routines that come with the job. Since this concerns a BPA arrangement with a large need for assistance, it is important that you are prepared to learn things properly and take responsibility for your tasks.

The work consists, among other things, of personal and practical help, transfers and assistance with daily tasks. In addition, there will be days when we go out of the house.

A bit about me

I am a woman with a physical disability and a great need for help in daily life. I use an electric wheelchair and various aids in connection with, among other things, transfers.

I have humor and my own opinions 😊 and I value a daily life where things work, and where there is also room for ordinary coziness and a good laugh.

You will be part of a small team where we help each other and make everyday life hold together.

Whom am I looking for?

I prefer that you have experience from BPA or similar work, as it would be an advantage in terms of being able to work independently and understand what it means to be a personal assistant.

It is important to me that you

• are female and preferably have some life experience
• experience from BPA or similar – this is a clear advantage, but not a requirement
• are stable, responsible and punctual
• are non-smoker
• have a driver's license and feel confident behind the wheel
• are physically and mentally robust
• have situational awareness and can work independently
• are flexible regarding shifts, holidays and illness
• can respect that my home is also my private base
• can be present without necessarily having to talk all the time
• can keep calm if the day does not go exactly as planned
• are comfortable with animals
• can see yourself in the job in the long term.

As we will spend many hours together, it is important that you are approachable, friendly and have a good sense of when conversation is needed – and when there is only a need for calm.

You must be able to adapt to my private life while remaining professional. This means, among other things, that you must be able to put your own private life aside when you come to work.

You should not be afraid to ask if there is something you are unsure about. Good communication and situational awareness are important in the job.
