Who are you? You are curious and wish to work with varying working hours. Perhaps you are on a gap year or want to work while studying.

Your tasks will include

• Create homeliness, safety and moments of joy together with residents and contribute to the good atmosphere in the home.
• Help residents with what they can no longer do themselves, based on the residents' needs and values.
• Collaborate across and brainstorm with colleagues.

• Are keen to learn about care for the elderly.
• Are passionate about creating a good everyday life for the elderly
• Are positive, flexible and work well both independently and in teams

About the position

• The position can be either with a fixed number of hours or as a on-call substitute, with day shifts or evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.
• Wages and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

About the HOME Friplejehjemmet Højbo is located in Arnborg and benefits from collaboration with the small local community. We are well established and have a stable staff.

There are 36 residents, spread across 3 wings. We have 8 on day shifts on weekdays, 4 on evening shifts and two on night shifts. In addition there are kitchen staff, cleaning ladies, department nurse, janitors, secretary and activity staff. We find that there are many of us to take care of the residents. We are never alone in the responsibility. We are very conscious of being accommodating and cordial towards the residents, their relatives and towards each other. Højbo can do something quite special.
