The company works with finance, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll administration and HR and offers, among others, assistance as an external chief financial officer, financial sparring as well as bookkeeping and HR solutions. The company was established in 2018 by Hanne Vanting.

Nordjysk Økonomi og HR is entering a development phase in which the company must professionalize and lift to the next level. The strategy is to create growth in customers and employees and to build a more robust organization with a clear structure, leadership and division of responsibilities. As growth occurs, professional leadership and operations management will be established so that task execution, delivery quality and internal coordination are supported more systematically.

You will become part of the company’s daily management together with the owner and the company’s People & Operations Manager. Together you will be responsible for running and developing the business, setting the strategic direction and turning ambitions into concrete results.

Your own client responsibility – with a strong team around you

You will have overall responsibility for a portfolio of clients, where Nordjysk Økonomi & HR provides services within bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and HR administration. Your primary responsibility is the accounting advisory, the development of client relationships and the quality of the financial deliverables.

You will have a group of skilled bookkeepers around you who handle many of the day-to-day tasks for the clients. Your role is to ensure the overall professional overview, advise clients on their finances and guarantee that the accounting deliverables are correct and delivered on time.

You will become the natural sparring partner when clients need advice, when financial decisions must be made, or when more complex accounting questions must be solved.

At the same time you will play an important role in developing the client portfolio. You meet new clients, uncover their needs, assemble the right solutions and follow the dialogue through to the end – including preparation of offers and client agreements.

In other words, you will have the total responsibility for your client portfolio, including client satisfaction, advisory and ongoing development. At the same time you, as part of the management, help set the direction for and drive the development of the entire Nordjysk Økonomi & HR.

Develop the employees – and the services offered to clients

You should be eager to share your knowledge, develop your colleagues’ competencies and help them solve increasingly complex and value-creating tasks.

Therefore you will also have a central role in developing the professional competencies, working methods and advisory services, so they can take advantage of the industry’s new opportunities and continuously offer clients even more value-creating solutions.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have a solid accounting background, for example as an auditor, chief accountant, financial manager, controller or from a similar role.

You have a strong foundation in bookkeeping, accounting and financial management and can handle complex accounting issues yourself. You must, among other things, be able to finalize accounts so that they are correct, well-documented and ready for submission to the auditor.

But your professional knowledge is only part of what we are looking for.
