At Reerslev School we are looking for a social-pedagogical leader, who together with the school's other management will lead the work with well-being, communities and inclusive learning environments.

We are seeking a leader who can set direction, inspire followership and at the same time stay close to practice. A leader with a focus on children's participation opportunities, strong relationships and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

About Reerslev School

Reerslev School is part of a village arrangement with a day-care facility, school, after-school care (SFO) and club. The school has about 140 students from kindergarten to 6th grade and is characterized by presence, strong relationships and close cooperation between children, families and staff.

Our work is based on the values community, safety and respect , and we believe that all children do well when they can.

About the position

As a social-pedagogical leader you will have a central role in developing the school's inclusive practice. Your tasks will include:

• Lead and develop the school's social-pedagogical and inclusive initiatives
• Support work on well-being, opportunities for participation and communities
• Collaborate with teachers, pedagogues and resource persons
• Coordinate initiatives around children in vulnerable positions
• Facilitate cooperation with PPR, the family department and other partners
• Work on well-being, absenteeism and preventive initiatives

The position combines leadership and practice. Therefore there may also be mentoring tasks, special education, support programs or other tasks close to the children depending on your competences and the school's needs.

• Have a relevant professional background
• Have experience with children and youth in school age
• Have insight into inclusion, special pedagogy and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Can translate challenges into concrete solutions
• Are relationally strong, clear and collaborative
• Have experience with leadership, guidance or coordination.
