About the job

We are seeking a leader of the School Development Center who stands on a strong professional foundation and can cultivate followership. You have a view of the whole and contribute to creating security, clarity and trust in everyday life.

You are motivated by close cooperation across Children and School, the schools and the staff. You are present, brave and structured – and you dare to make difficult but necessary decisions, which you communicate clearly and loyally.

In selecting our upcoming leader, we place emphasis on

• You have experience from the school sector
• You are driven by collaboration and dialogue across professions and levels.
• You can navigate a politically led organization and actively contribute to cross-cutting collaboration in a large municipal administration.
• The position can be filled by candidates with diverse professional backgrounds, for example consultancy backgrounds, deputy school/department leaders, or candidates with equivalent experience.
