A little about me

I am a fresh young man aged 29, who lives in my own apartment. I am a wheelchair user and am seeking an age-appropriate helper who can assist me with the practical tasks in daily life that I cannot do myself due to my handicap.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Outside the home, your tasks will primarily consist of helping me get to and from my various activities. At home there is a need for help with dressing after showering, cleaning, shopping and cooking. In short, all practical tasks both out and at home. It is important that you have a driver\'s license and are comfortable driving a disability-accessible car around Aarhus.

Working hours : This is a part-time position of about 30 hours per week, typically spread over all weekdays between 10:00 and 20:00 on most days.

I am looking for a man/woman who is stable, has humor and drive. It is an advantage if you know how to cook and clean, and it is very important that you arrive on time. You must be able to socialize, but also enjoy your own company when I am working or need to be alone. It is important that you can blend into the background when, for example, I am with my friends.

You will as a disability helper become part of a good, flexible and essential team of disability helpers who together cover all shifts year-round. The job takes place in the citizen\'s own home, for leisure activities, social events and the excursions the citizen would like to participate in.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver\'s license B (manual transmission)
• Independent
• Have respect and understanding for working in a private home.

• Part-time: Approx. 30 hours per week

SALARY

I have a BPA arrangement, where I am the supervisor/manager of my helpers.
