Hjallerup Skole seeks one teacher for permanent appointment as of 1/8-2026 for our upcoming 8th grade. The position includes mathematics, physics/chemistry, biology and geography.

The position is full-time.

We expect from our future employee that

• You are a trained teacher and can see yourself in Brønderslev Municipality's view of children
• You are skilled in classroom management and academically well-founded – you work to ensure that all students always learn as much as possible, but at the same time you have an eye for learning taking place in an inclusive community

To be considered for the position you must be a qualified teacher.

Hjallerup School is departmentally divided with 3 streams and about 650 pupils from 0. – 9. grade. Since August 2024 the school is part of Skoledistrikt Øst, which besides Hjallerup School consists of Klokkerholm School, Flauenskjold School and Dronninglund School.

At Hjallerup School there are about 70 staff distributed across the school and SFO. We focus on team collaboration, and work closely in year-group and department teams. You are expected to be ready to engage in close collaboration with your colleagues in the team, where you work together to create a solid foundation for learning and well-being at the school.
