Home care and nursing Store Heddinge is looking for an SSA or SSH for the evening shift

Would you like to actively participate in the positive community and make a difference for the citizen in Stevns Municipality? Then it is you we are looking for as our new SSA or SSH in the evening shift.

SSA or SSH requested for evening shift with weekend duty every other weekend in the time from 15:00 to 23:00. The working hours are Monday and Tuesday and weekends in even weeks.

There are 5 evening shifts in person where 1 is SSA and 4 SSH.

Every 14 days you work one of the days from 14-23 where there will be 1 hour of professional development, time for follow-up or sparring regarding the citizen's care trajectory.

As a field-based worker in home and nursing care you contribute to handling a wide range of challenging tasks in private homes. You work in close collaboration with the visiting nurses, where your task, among other things, is together with your colleagues to ensure a coherent and coordinated course for the citizen.

We place emphasis on creating targeted, individualized citizen journeys of high quality.

Salary and employment terms are negotiated within the framework of the applicable collective agreement and Ny Løn.
