Housing and Activity Services Bogense seeks fixed colleagues for our evening shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You do not need to be educated in the field. The most important is that you want to work with people and have an interest in learning about, among other things, care and nursing tasks as well as transfer techniques. We are looking for someone who has a ready smile and an interest in other people.

With us you will have an exciting and meaningful job in Bogense, only 25-30 minutes' drive from Odense, Middelfart and Assens. We adjust working hours according to public transport arrival and departure times.

Working hours: 15:00-23:00 (possibly until 22:00)

About the job

In our department for acquired brain injury, 12 adult residents live with moderate to very severe brain injury.

You will be part of an interdisciplinary team that supports the residents in their daily lives. The work takes place in the residents' own homes and includes, among other things:

• Personal care
• Practical tasks
• Support and guidance
• Everyday activities

Personal care is a significant part of the job. With us, care is not just a practical task, but also an opportunity to build relationships, security, quality of life and dignity for each resident.

We work with a neuro-pedagogical approach and always base our work on each resident's wishes, needs and resources. We document in Nexus, and you will of course receive the necessary training.

• has an interest in the specialist area and preferably experience with care tasks or a desire to learn it

Employment terms

You can be permanently employed with the agreed hours.

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Expected salary range will be stated at the first interview. The final salary is determined on the basis of your qualifications and previous work experience and after specific negotiations with the trade union.

Straightforward criminal record certificate must be obtained before employment can take place.
