House assistant sought for Petersbjerggård – 20 hours per week

Do you want to be an important part of daily life at Petersbjerggård, and do you thrive in a workday where you both help in the kitchen and with practical tasks around the house?

We are seeking a house assistant for 20 hours per week who wants to help create good conditions for children and staff at Petersbjerggård.

A large part of your working day will take place in and around the kitchen, where you will work closely with our kitchen manager, who each day prepares meals for the children in our nursery and kindergarten.

Your tasks will include

• To assist the kitchen manager with the daily tasks in the kitchen
• Preparation and preps in connection with cooking
• Dishwashing, tidying up and cleaning in the kitchen
• Receiving and handling of goods
• Practical tasks around the house
• To assist where an extra hand is needed during the day
• To contribute to the kitchen and communal areas being tidy and inviting

• Can work independently and at the same time collaborate closely with others
• Have an eye for order, hygiene and structure
• Are stable, flexible and greet both children and adults with a smile
• Want to be part of everyday life in a day care institution
• Experience from kitchen, cleaning or similar practical work is an advantage, but the most important for us is that you are eager for the tasks and to be part of Petersbjerggård.

The position is 20 hours per week.

Salary and employment

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and local agreements between Kolding Municipality and the applicable collective agreement.

Child and criminal record checks are obtained in connection with employment.
