In Viborg we are looking for a job counselor for Ungeløftet

Team Jobstøtte Ung consists of 26 engaged and skilled employees who work with young activity-ready individuals, youths in resource pathways, on STU as well as all young people offered an intervention in KUI or Ungeløftet. We are all focused on developing our professional competencies through reflective practice and with a focus on citizen involvement and business collaboration.

Ungeløftet consists of 11 job advisers and a coordinator who meet our youths with a strengthened business engagement and a focus on civil society - among other things through IPS and our partnerships with local companies. In Ungeløftet the task calls for being involved in testing new methods to involve the young in new meaningful communities – because communities can be stepping stones to the work community. It is a task where you can get to use your professional expertise in new ways.

The core task for the job center, including the youth area, is to get citizens into work possibly via a few paid hours, or education. This also includes having a view for the employers' labor needs. In taking on this vacant position there will be particular focus on finding a colleague who is strong in corporate collaboration and has in-depth knowledge of the local labor market in Viborg.
