More than professional expertise

As a social professional job consultant you will have a varied daily life with both conversations, coordination, and company-oriented actions.

Your tasks will include, among other things

• Plan and coordinate holistic efforts for unemployed citizens
• Support progression toward work, education, paid hours, or optimization of work ability
• Establish and follow up on company-oriented programs in close dialogue with the business community
• Ensure coherence between social, health, and employment-related efforts
• Document and follow up on efforts in a systematic and professionally qualified manner

You will become part of a team that meets weekly for cross-group sparring. Here we work with systematic reflective practice and use our shared experiences to strengthen the quality of the effort. We want to develop our professional practice together and see mistakes as an opportunity for learning.

About you

It is perfect if you

• Are a trained social worker and have experience from the employment area, or are a recent graduate motivated to get to know the field
• Want to work in a company-oriented way and see opportunities rather than limitations for citizens
• Can coordinate complex trajectories and create coherence between different efforts
• Work in a structured way and can maintain focus on goals, progression, and results
• Have a knack for IT and digital solutions and see technology as a tool to create better service
• Communicate clearly both orally and in writing
• Thrive with responsibility, collaboration, and professional development

It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you

• Have experience with company service or company-oriented initiatives
• Know employment law and the job center area
• Have experience with interdisciplinary cooperation around citizens with complex problems
