Do you want to help create the path to education, internships and jobs for neurodivergent young people?

At AspIT we work every day to give neurodivergent youths the best possible conditions. We are seeking an internship and job advisor who is passionate about opening doors to the labor market and helping young people find the right internship and perhaps a future job.

About the job

As an internship and job advisor you will play a central role in the work to establish and follow up on internship programs.

Your tasks include, among other things

• Proactive company contact and establishment of internship placements
• Matching students and internship sites
• Follow-up with students in internships and support for both student and company
• Assessment of students' work capacity, interests and development possibilities
• Collaboration with teachers, special educational counselors and other staff
• Participation in meetings with caseworkers, study counselors, job centers and networks
• Updating students' progression plans

• It is a requirement that you have a driver’s license and a car available

Who are we?

AspIT is a specially tailored upper secondary education (STU) for neurodivergent young people with an interest in IT. We also have participants connected through job centers.

AspIT East Jutland is part of Campus Vejle, which has 4 AspIT schools across the country. You will therefore be part of a large educational organization while your daily work is in a smaller team. We have many skilled colleagues across the country and an established professional sparring network that you will become part of.

Terms of employment and application

• Location : AspIT East Jutland, Banegårdspladsen 1, 8000 Aarhus C
• Application: We would love to hear from you by Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at the latest, but we will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.
• Employment interviews : Held on an ongoing basis
• Start date: As soon as possible, but no later than December 1
• Weekly working hours : 22-30 hours with possibility of adjustment
• Salary and pension: The position is paid according to the current agreement with the Education Union. The base salary is in the range of 30,000–35,000 DKK per month for a full-time position, depending on experience and qualifications. Pension is provided according to the current agreement. There will be opportunities to negotiate qualification allowances according to the applicable rules and qualifications.
