Interviewer for societally important consumer surveys

Wilke helps Danish companies and organizations gain insights into people and their attitudes. We do this through telephone interviews, and this is where you as an interviewer come into play.

We are seeking interviewers for telephone interviews (CATI) on societally important consumer surveys, where we collect data used in official analyses and statistics.

Work takes place at our centrally located office in Odense, Gråbrødrepassagen 9, 2nd floor, and there is no option for remote work.

About the Job

As an interviewer you call a representative cross-section of the population and conduct interviews based on fixed questionnaires. You work in a structured, neutral way and follow methodological guidelines closely to ensure valid and usable data.

Your primary tasks

• Conduct CATI consumer surveys
• Professional and neutral dialogue with respondents
• Accurate recording of answers in the questionnaire
• Data collection used for analyses and statistics

You will be part of a professional working environment with a focus on quality and integrity.

About you

All applicants are welcome. It is advantageous if you are a student in higher education and have experience with or an interest in method.

We expect that you are

• Reliable with attendance
• Structured and detail-oriented
• Quality-conscious and quick to learn
• Independent and responsible
• Good at communicating in Danish – both verbally and in writing
• Comfortable calling people and creating a good dialogue

Working hours

You will primarily work on the following shifts

• Evening shifts (typically 16:30–20:30)
• Weekend shifts (typically 10:00–16:00)

We especially seek interviewers who can work a minimum of 2 evening shifts per week. The number of hours can vary, and at times there will also be opportunities to work on weekdays between 8:00 and 16:00. We also have the possibility to create shift schedules that fit you.
