IT Assistant – exciting and versatile role

Would you like to work with IT, digitization and process optimization in a dynamic and technically demanding industry? We are looking for a dedicated IT assistant who can handle everything from IT support and system administration to IT security and ISO 27000. The role is broad and gives you the opportunity to develop your skills in both technical operations, digitization and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Digital infrastructure and system optimization

• Optimize the digital infrastructure and ensure efficient use of systems
• Standardize and quality-assure email signatures, visual elements on info screens and other digital surfaces
• Update and maintain intranet, website and digital content
• Identify and implement new digital opportunities and contribute with idea development
• Work with data collection and reporting via systems such as Ops Com

IT and technical support

• Backend and frontend coding as needed
• Ad hoc IT support, including setup of computers and user administration
• Ensure IT security and optimize system performance

Process and standardization

• Prepare process descriptions and documentation to increase understanding and efficiency
• Standardize workflows in accordance with ISO 27000 / PART IS
• Support digitization projects and IT-related initiatives from support to larger projects

The role is ideal for you who can work independently, take responsibility and thrive in a broad IT role where no day is the same, and where you gain insight into both operations, digitization and processes in an internationally oriented organization.

The company is a specialized actor within aviation, that both flies its own helicopters and handles maintenance and operations. They work with both national and international customers and deliver solutions that combine high professionalism, safety and precision.
