IT is looking for a new colleague for the user support team

One of our skilled user support staff has sought new challenges, and it gives YOU the opportunity to become part of a fantastic team where the tone is informal and the tasks are both exciting and challenging.

We are looking as of January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible after for a new colleague who will help meet users in a helpful, accommodating and solution-oriented way when they encounter IT problems.

The user support is handled by 3 employees in close collaboration. Telephone support and user administration will rotate, but otherwise the tasks are solved collectively. The user support includes a wide range of clinical IT systems, including the electronic patient journal, clinical logistics systems and much more. Your background could therefore advantageously be a medical secretary, health services secretary or similar. Practical experience from Sygehus Sønderjylland is highly recommended.

Your tasks include, among others

• User administration
• Telephone support
• Keep shared inbox up to date
• Create and process cases in ServiceNow

You must convey, guide and communicate to colleagues both internally at Sygehus Sønderjylland and regionally.

The daily work takes place at Aabenraa Hospital, Kresten Philipsens Vej 15, 6200 Aabenraa, where the user support team is located together with the other teams in the IT department.

Salary and employment conditions in accordance with HK’s applicable collective agreement for IT personnel.

The region is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be told base salary, centrally fixed allowances and pension in the collective agreement for Administration and IT personnel (32.01.1).
