IT Supporter for Renosyd

Here you get the chance to try your hand at a bit of everything within IT.

You will play a central role in daily IT operations and support at renosyd. You will work closely with your colleagues and their daily work, and have the opportunity to work with many different parts of the IT field.

You do not need to know it all. We collaborate with external specialists in a number of areas. In return you should have a solid IT technical foundation, be curious, and want to both solve concrete problems here and now and become more skilled along the way.

Your daily life with us

An important part of the job is daily IT support. When a computer misbehaves, a new colleague needs equipment and access, or questions arise about Microsoft 365, you help get it resolved.

Good IT support for us is not only about technology. It's also about listening, asking the right questions, and finding a solution that works for the colleague who needs help.

Some tasks you solve yourself, while others require help from our external IT specialists. Here you make sure the task is carried forward well, and you follow up until the problem is resolved.

You will, among other things, work with

• 1st level IT-support for your colleagues
• clargårdning and setup of PCs, phones and other IT equipment
• users, access and rights
• Microsoft 365
• onboarding and offboarding of employees
• hardware, licenses and IT equipment
• documentation and overview of our IT
• contact to and follow-up with external IT suppliers
• practical tasks within IT security and awareness

As you get to know our IT environment, we expect you to take responsibility for more tasks and areas. Networks, servers, backup and infrastructure can be some of the areas you develop further in. Here you will work closely with our external IT specialists and can gradually build both knowledge and responsibility.

Who are you?

You probably have an IT vocational education, for example as IT support technician, data technician or IT technologist, or have otherwise built a solid IT professional foundation.

We imagine that you have gained the first couple of years of experience with IT support and now want a role where you can use your experience, but are also ready to develop professionally. For us, your IT fundamental understanding, curiosity and approach to tasks are more important than a specific number of years on your CV.

At renosyd you get the opportunity to build on your IT professionalism. You will get responsibility for concrete tasks from the start, and as you learn our systems and the organization, you can take on more.

You will become part of Business Development, but will work with colleagues across the entire renosyd. It gives you a good understanding of the organization and how IT supports many different tasks.

At the same time you will not be alone with it all. We use external IT specialists in areas where specialist knowledge is needed, and an important part of your role will be to collaborate with them, and make the solutions work in practice at renosyd.

The position is full-time with work location at renosyd in Skanderborg. Salary and terms according to current collective agreement. The position requires a category B driving license.
