We are seeking an educator who is curious about leading pedagogy, and who will help develop pedagogical practice further.

Collaboration, sparring and dissemination

We are looking for you who creates relationships with children and parents, and who guides and frames the children's day. You can mentor peers and convey pedagogical expertise so it can be translated into practice.

You help create safe child and learning environments, so there is room for creativity, curiosity and deep engagement. You collaborate and spar with your colleagues, and you are curious about your practice, and how you together qualify it with attachment and interaction in mind.

You are focused on good work communities, where mutual accountability for the kindergarten is in focus. You thrive in diverse child communities with good sparring from both internal and external resources.

Care, development and relationships

We live in Østerbro right by Fælledparken. We are four toddler groups, four kindergarten groups and a base group.

We always work from the values of care, development and relationship. For us the goal is that both children and adults are met with recognition and respect. We create environments where children develop and experience that they have value in themselves.

We work with diverse children's communities, and our children in the base group are, as far as it is beneficial for them and their development, part of everyday life in the kindergarten groups.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local pay formation. We obtain child and criminal records checks and take references in connection with the appointment.

The position is 35-37 hours per week and starts on November 1, 2026 or by agreement.
