Dear Educator/PAU or experienced assistant, come and join the team of 35 colleagues, 2 department heads, one manager and 150 wonderful children.

We are divided into four portals/teams: two infant portals with 25 children each and two preschool portals with 50 children each. One portal houses three rooms.

We work in a structured way with group division and weekly plans as well as a sharp organization throughout the day – all to create room and time for immersion and presence.

With us, care and deliberation and the child’s perspective are key words, and everyday life is characterized by both child-initiated and guided play as well as other planned activities, arranged according to our annual wheel and process game – with the Pedagogy of Community and the big WE in sight.

We are inspired by NEST and a sensorimotor approach in our pedagogy, and we work with three defined grips: adult positioning, everyday visualization and time-timing.
