Transport and Installation Coordinator

About the position

As a transportation and installation coordinator you ensure that deliveries, transport and installations are planned, coordinated and documented, so that materials, drivers and installers are in the right place at the right time. You will have a varied daily life with close contact with many different people, and you have a key position when the plans need to hold.

Your tasks

• Plan and coordinate our installations with consultants and internal and external installers.
• Maintain daily dialogue with customers, drivers and installers and handle the daily email correspondence with customers, consultants and construction managers
• Plan installations with both internal and external installers and keep the installer calendar up to date continuously
• Handle urgent needs arising among the installers
• Drive small and urgent deliveries in the company's van

Your profile

• You have experience with logistics, planning and coordination, perhaps from event planning or a warehouse
• You are structured, solution-oriented and keep calm when plans change
• You communicate easily and clearly, both in writing and on the phone
• You are service-minded and used to having many points of contact
• Have a standard driver's license, category B.
