We are seeking an independent and service-minded person to work in Tryg's canteen in Aarhus. The position is ideal for you who, for example, are students, flex workers or simply want a few working hours per day.

In Tryg's canteen many employees have lunch every day, and a digital system is used for registration at the entrance. To ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone, we are looking for people who can help support the process at the entrance to the canteen.

Your tasks will primarily consist of welcoming employees and ensuring that the registration proceeds correctly. You will stand at the entrance and have an important role in creating a good and welcoming atmosphere in the canteen.

There is a high degree of independence in the job, and you will have the opportunity to shape how the task is best carried out in practice.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is service-minded and good at communicating in a clear and unambiguous way. You should exude natural authority and be able to handle different situations in a calm and constructive manner. It is necessary that you speak both Danish and English, as some of the employees are English-speaking.

You will be employed in a temporary part-time vacancy with start as soon as possible and initially it will run until January, but with the possibility of extension. You will be allocated shifts weekly depending on availability, which will be Monday to Friday. There is the possibility for you who are seeking 2-3 or 5 shifts per week, as all days of the week must be covered.

It will be highly possible to tailor the schedule to your wishes. The shifts will be from 11:00 – 13:30, as it is in this time frame that lunch is served at the company. We can offer a salary of 150 DKK per hour.
