About the job

Would you like to use your legal expertise close to people and concrete issues - and be part of a multidisciplinary team? As a lawyer at a family law office, you will have a daily life with legal advice, thorough case handling and room for both responsibility and collaboration. Here there is structure in the tasks – even when everyday life gets a bit busy.

About the job You will work with legal tasks that require overview, precision and a good understanding of the individual case. You will, among other things, be able to advise on family and inheritance law questions, prepare legal documents and follow cases from start to finish.

The tasks require that you can switch between deep dive and dialogue. You must be able to explain legal matters in a way that is easy to understand – without hiding everything behind long paragraphs.

  • Legal advice and guidance
  • Processing and assessment of concrete cases
  • Preparation and quality assurance of legal documents
  • Communication with citizens, clients and relevant partners
  • Research and legal analyses
  • Participation in professional sparring and development of working methods

What you get with us You will become part of a working environment where teamwork and collaboration are central, and where innovation and learning are part of everyday life. There is an informal tone with humor and support among colleagues – because law may be serious, without the mood needing to be.

The working conditions are flexible and support a good balance between work and leisure. At the same time there is a focus on diversity and inclusion as well as opportunities for personal and professional development.

We offer among other things

  • Employment in accordance with the state’s collective agreement for academics, concluded between the Ministry of Taxation and the academic organizations and the local agreements thereto.
  • Pension scheme
  • Development opportunities and further education within several areas
  • 37-hour workweek with the possibility of flexitime
  • Focus on personal and professional development
  • Engaged work environment with good colleagues

Qualifications You do not need to be able to do everything from day one. The most important thing is that you want to use your expertise, learn new things and contribute constructively to collaboration.

We envisage that you

  • Have a Master of Laws degree and thrive working both independently and with others.
  • Are thorough, structured and can take responsibility for your tasks in a dynamic daily life
  • Are able to analyze legal issues
  • Have good written and oral communication skills
  • Have a structured approach to case handling
  • Are responsible and collaborative in your work style
  • Desire to collaborate closely in a team

It is an advantage if you can also recognize yourself in the following

  • Curious about professional development and new solutions
  • Good at creating overview
  • Composed in dialogue with different people
  • Contributes to an informal and supportive tone
