Line supervisor for evening shift sought for food production in Give

We are looking for a line supervisor for a fixed evening shift at a modern food company in Give.

As a line supervisor you will have a central role in the daily production, helping to ensure that the production line runs steadily and efficiently. You will become an important part of the team and must be able to take responsibility, coordinate tasks and support your colleagues so that the production functions as well as possible.

You do not need to have previously held the title of line supervisor. The crucial thing is that you have solid experience from production and have previously held a role with responsibility for other employees or coordination of daily operations. This could be as a team leader, coordinator or person in charge.

Your tasks

In the position you will be an active part of the production, while you have responsibility to create overview and ensure a good flow on the line.

Your primary tasks will be

• Coordination and distribution of tasks among the employees.
• Ensuring stable and efficient operation on the production line.
• Operation and monitoring of production machines.
• Follow-up on quality, hygiene and order.
• Handling of challenges in the daily production.

You should be prepared to participate in the practical work yourself and at the same time be able to step in when decisions, guidance or help to colleagues is needed.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience from a production company, preferably within the food industry, and that you are used to working in an environment where collaboration, quality and efficiency are important elements in daily life.

You have previously had responsibility for colleagues or work processes and feel comfortable being the one who takes initiative and creates structure. You do not need to be a trained leader, but it is important that you have practical experience taking responsibility and can communicate clearly with different employees.

As a person you are responsible, reliable and good at keeping an overview, even when busy. You have a natural approach to collaboration and understand the importance of being part of the team rather than just delegating tasks.

We particularly emphasize that you

• Have experience from production and have previously had responsibility for employees or operations.
• Can create overview, coordinate tasks and take responsibility.
• Thrive with both practical production work and a leadership role.
• Speak and write Danish.

Working hours

• Mon–Thu: 15:30–23:45
• Friday: 13:00–17:15
