For a sweet and happy multi-disabled girl living in Amager we are looking for younger and energetic helpers who, together with her father, mother and 4 siblings, will ensure her a good life filled with experiences both at home - and not least at the city's more fun culture- and experience venues.

Jessica has a limited language of about 10 words, consisting of yes, no, hi, hey, etc., and communicates mainly by pointing until she gets her wishes fulfilled. Jessica is a wheelchair user. At home she is usually on the floor, crawling around. We need extra helpers who can help in everyday life from about 15:30 to 18:30 on weekdays and on weekends from about 10:00-14:00 (times may vary a little, which will be seen in the shift plan sent out about a week before the next month's schedule).

Your work will primarily involve being with her at home, e.g. around meals, companionship and play in the house and garden - including helping her with toilet visits. In addition you should take her out into the big, somewhat adult world and here do the things with her that fit a girl her age and interests. For example, cafe trips, cinema visits or shopping. She has her own car available, so opportunities for trips around the country are good.

Preferences for helpers are roughly age-appropriate (Jessica is 33 years old, but looks like 20 and is mentally in teenage years) and there is no preference for men or women as helpers, although Jessica is actually very enthusiastic about men! If you have a driver's license it is an advantage - but not a requirement. Jessica has a handicap car, which is available for the helper who wants to take Jessica on trips.

Working hours are agreed individually and can be on different days from week to week - i.e. there is great flexibility in time and scope. The hourly wage (excluding allowances) on weekdays is about 161 DKK. Weekend is somewhat higher: from about 217-260 DKK.
