Our current bioanalyst has chosen to seek new challenges. We are therefore looking for an employee to take over her tasks.

We can offer a versatile and challenging workday.

Your work at the medical house will consist of, among other things, blood sampling, urine tests, ECG, B12 injections, lung function tests, vaccination of children and adults, and ear irrigation. The samples are taken, among other things, in connection with controls for patients with chronic diseases, prior to hospital visits, and for the investigation of acute patients. You will be part of our outreach team to take blood samples at nursing homes and in patients’ own homes, so a driving license and your own car are required.

In addition, you will sit in the secretariat and triage patients, typically one day per week, and as a substitute in connection with holidays, illness and course arrangements.

Over time you will also handle administrative tasks such as quality controls, ordering of goods, being the contact person for the hospital laboratory, etc.

You are educated within the health sector, such as a bioanalyst or a social and health care assistant.

You would very much welcome experience in general practice, but it is not required.

We use the journaling system XMO and it would be an advantage if you are familiar with it, but it is not a requirement. We do not expect you to know everything from the start, but you must be able to work independently. You must thrive in a busy everyday life and you must be able to keep a cool head in pressured situations. You are willing to learn new things and to pursue further training. You are approachable, flexible, easygoing and engaged.

We are a collaborative practice in Vejen with a total of 6 doctors, of which 3 are in partnership and 3 solo doctors. We usually always have 2-3 trainee doctors. We have a shared staff consisting of 6 nurses, 4 secretaries, 1 bioanalyst, 1 social and health assistant, 1 practice manager and 1 piccoline — all part-time.

We have a strong focus on interdisciplinary collaboration, for doctors, nurses, bioanalyst, assistant and secretaries, and we value it highly. We emphasize a good working environment and actively work on it so that everyone thrives.

The medical house is characterized by a relaxed atmosphere and a good tone. We have joint breaks and have lunch together every day, with a focus on enjoying ourselves together.
