Night shift sought for a small and cozy residential care home

We are looking for a stable and skilled night guard who wants a task that is a little beyond the ordinary. We are a pedagogical residential facility for people with late-onset brain injury, but a large part of the night tasks are care-related.

Your experience in delivering care and assistance at night and ensuring calm and safety during the dark hours is absolutely essential for success in this position.

You understand how to contribute with your observations and you would like to be part of a workplace where the community is valued, not only the professional but also the social.

This is a wakeful night shift task that requires general experience with care and nursing tasks, and who also understands taking responsibility for practical tasks as part of the night-time routine.

About the position

• Shift times: 22:50 - 08:00
• Roster: 7/7 – so you have plenty of consecutive time off

You will receive a good introduction to the position and a special insight into the different professional approaches that are used. You are part of the colleague group as an equal and prioritized member, and you also participate in the monthly team meetings alternately with your other night-shift colleague, so a staff meeting every 6 weeks.

Godthåbsvej is a small residential facility for residents with late-onset brain injury. This target group requires versatility as no two residents are the same. There is an equal mix of work that is pedagogical and care-related, with the majority being care-related during the night hours.

We have room for 6 residents, which gives you the unique opportunity to land in a small house with a big heart. A residential facility where we create a home, not an institution. We are professional, but in homely surroundings.

You also join a very close staff group, where we protect and support each other across the specific tasks we handle.

• Is trained as a social and health helper or assistant, preferably with relevant experience
