Do you want to be a nurse in a place where you get close to both the residents, your colleagues and professional development?

At Plejehjem Bogense we are looking for a nurse who wants to become part of our daily life and at the same time help shape the next version of Søbo.

We have close collaboration with the town's other nursing home, Møllehaven. You should therefore be prepared to have a role at both places.

We are in an exciting development as Søbo is expanding with 9 new sheltered housing units and 3 respite places. Therefore you won't just have the chance to step into an existing organization – you will have the opportunity to help shape it.

We work, among other things, with person-centered care, dementia, complex citizen pathways and the prevention of unnecessary hospital admissions.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to developing nursing practice and to help set the direction for how we organize and solve tasks as Søbo grows.

Expected salary range will be disclosed during a visit to the school or at the first interview. The final salary will be set based on your qualifications and previous work experience and after concrete negotiation with the professional association.

A criminal records certificate must be obtained before employment can take place.
