Borupvænget is located in the northern part of Randers in green, rural surroundings with nature and grazing horses right outside. We have a total of 103 homes distributed across 67 nursing homes, 12 homes in a secured unit for residents with dementia and 24 elder apartments with call system. With us you will encounter a varied everyday life and a wide range of professional tasks. Common to them all is that we base our work on the individual person and strive to create security, dignity and the greatest possible quality of life for our residents.

Your role as a nurse or a social- and health care assistant

As a nurse or a social- and health care assistant at the Nursing Home Borupvænget you will become an important part of the professional community around the residents.

You will among other things

• Work with holistic care and have a view of both somatic, psychological and social needs.
• Observe, assess and follow up on changes in the residents' condition.
• Take on health- and care-related tasks within your professional competence.
• Contribute actively to documentation, triage and professional discussions.
• Create secure relationships with residents and relatives.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and other professional groups.
• Contribute with your professionalism, curiosity and reflection in everyday life.
