New job - New department – New year - Do you want to help shape the new Municipal Temporary 24-hour beds at Svendebjerghave in the evening shift. We are looking for a dedicated Social and Health Care Assistant

In connection with the implementation of the Health Reform, Svendebjerghave will be organizationally divided into a municipal and a regional department for 3 years as of January 1, 2027.

Svendebjerghaves Municipal Temporary 24-hour Placements will become a satellite department to the nursing home Krogstenshave.

The municipal department will consist of The Municipal Temporary 24-hour Placements with room for 12 residents.

The target group are citizens with a need for a time-limited stay, where care, rehabilitation, and/or respite care plus support are targeted to create the best possible conditions for the citizen's further progress.

We are seeking a dedicated and professionally strong Social – and Health Care Assistant, who in close collaboration with colleagues will help develop our new department.

The position is 28 hours per week in the evening shift, with weekend shifts on alternating weeks.

At our temporary 24-hour placements we meet people who are in the middle of a change. Some are on their way home after a hospitalization. Others need clarification, rehabilitation, care, support and a plan for everyday life.

Common to them is that they do not just need a hand to help. They need you, the person behind the need.

Here you will be an important part of everyday life

As a Social- and Health Care Assistant with us you will have a daily life where your professionalism comes into play. You observe, assess and act. You collaborate with other SSAs, nurses, therapists, doctors, case managers and colleagues across.

You speak with the resident and relatives and you help create the coherent thread when a person moves from one situation to another.

It requires professionalism – but also curiosity, calm and the ability to see possibilities when things do not go exactly as planned.
