Social and Health Care Assistant for Home Care North Day Shift

The Home Care North you will become part of has its base at Pilehavehus, close to Albertslund Station. In daily practice there is close cross-disciplinary collaboration among all professions and you will have close cooperation with your colleagues, other relevant partners.

With the new Elderly Act as the foundation we place the citizen’s wishes, dignity and self-determination at the absolute centre. We work in four small cross-disciplinary teams close to the citizen. As a SOSU assistant with us you will have a key role in translating the Elderly Act’s intentions into reality, where your professional abilities and ability to create safe, holistic care pathways make a noticeable difference every day.

We build our everyday life and collaboration on the values of trust, presence and dialogue. We work consciously to contribute to the individual citizen’s good life – and we wish to use our professional skills. We are in a development phase where we focus on quality and improvements and work, among other things, with early detection, a focus on documentation, dementia initiatives, person-centred care and dignified relations, for the benefit of the citizens.

The colleague we are looking for recognizes the following

• Graduated social- and health care assistant with authorization.
• Preferably experience with home care.
• Systematic approach to using the home care’s electronic IT systems (CURA).
• Ability for - and personal strength in collaboration with the team.
• You have a positive and appreciative attitude.
• You are a skilled communicator.
• You have a strong overview.

We expect you to take co-responsibility for the team’s task solving within the given framework and you contribute to a good physical and mental working environment.

Your working hours will be by agreement, in the timeframes below.

Day shift in the time period from 7:00 – 15:00, with weekend shift every 2nd or 3rd weekend.
