Do you want to take responsibility for the occupational safety at a large construction project in the Triangle Region and do you want a flexible consultancy assignment? Our client, one of Denmark's most renowned companies, is seeking a proactive and action-oriented EHS coordinator (AMK).

• You coordinate between trade contractors on the construction site and ensure compliance with the Working Environment Act.
• You hold ongoing safety meetings and conduct safety walkthroughs on site.

You function as a pragmatic and outward-looking risk manager who prevents conflicts and ensures good collaboration, rather than merely being a rigid rule enforcer.

• Over time you may be asked to assist with independent safety walks on the client's other, smaller construction projects in the local area.

din profil

• You have completed the mandatory Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator training (37 hours) for construction and civil engineering.
• You have enough experience to independently take over and run the AMK function from day one without needing on-the-job training in your field.
• You speak and write fluent Danish, which is necessary for daily dialogue with craftsmen and subcontractors.
• You have a calendar and consultancy business that harmonizes with a part-time contract of about 8-16 hours per week.

It is a big plus if you have good English skills, as the client's central safety organization is English-speaking, and parts of the internal reporting will be conducted in English. Ideally you have 5-10 years of relevant experience, but the most important is your drive, your personal impact, and your diplomatic authority. If you have fewer years but the right energy, we would also love to hear from you. Additionally, it is a big plus if you have documented experience handling interfaces in client-directed trade contracts.

• Duration: 6-7 months with a large extension potential.

Contract type: Freelance / consultant agreement (part-time/hourly).
