Perhaps you are today an accounting manager in a larger or medium-sized company and ready to take the next step, as CFO in a role where you work closely with the owner-managers on the business operations and development. Alternatively you may already be CFO, and have a good job with great influence, but miss the opportunity to also work hands-on with the operational tasks.

Your main tasks

• Financial management, reporting, budgets and forecasts
• Monthly and year-end closings and collaboration with the auditor
• Controlling and analyses as the basis for business decisions
• Responsibility for the daily financial operations
• Further development of processes, automation and Business Central
• Financial responsibility for several companies as well as the owners’ holding company

Close to the numbers, to colleagues and to the business

We imagine that you have a relevant financial educational background such as HD(R) or cand.merc.aud and experience from a company where you have worked with operations, financial management and development. You do not necessarily have had the title CFO, but you must be ready to take responsibility and make decisions.

You are curious about new possibilities, and want to explore how digitalization and AI can be used to make processes smarter. And you want to understand the business through the numbers and use your financial insight to see opportunities for development and profitability.

You will have direct line management responsibility for one employee in finance, but also be able to create collaboration and followership across the office's other 10 employees. You are good at delegating and prioritizing so the office's tasks are completed efficiently, with good quality and on time. The culture is ambitious and energetic, but also informal and familial, and many employees have been with the company for many years.

You will have your workplace at the new office in Sunds near Herning. Start is expected in early 2027.

There are 35 employees, and a large part of the staff have been with the company for many years. With a fleet of 20 trucks, work is carried out every day to deliver high-quality transport solutions to customers.
