On-call substitutes sought for the Rosengården residential facility, Skjern – day, evening and night

Are you keen to make a difference for people with mental illnesses? Do you have a social or health professional education, or do you have experience with and interest in working with people?

Then you might be the one we are looking for as a relief substitute at Rosengården. We are primarily seeking substitutes for evening and night shifts, but there is also the possibility of day shifts.

About Rosengården

Rosengården is a residential facility for adults with mental illnesses. Here live up to 25 residents who need support in daily life. Some live here for a shorter period, while others live here for longer.

As a relief worker you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that helps and supports residents in their daily lives. The goal is to strengthen each resident's independence and their opportunities to live the life they wish.

Your tasks may include

• Support residents in daily chores and activities.
• Help create structure and security in everyday life.
• Support residents in achieving their personal goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a good everyday life for the residents.
• Administer medications when you are trained and have the necessary competences and the tasks are delegated to you.

You will receive a thorough introduction and training, so you are well prepared for the tasks.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a social or health-related education, or has experience with and interest in working with people with mental illnesses.
• Is flexible and able to take shifts at different times. We are primarily looking for evenings and nights, but also day and weekend.
• Is responsible, stable and good at creating structure.
• Meets residents with respect, understanding and an acknowledging approach.
• Can collaborate with colleagues and wants to learn new things.
• Has a valid driver's license and MitID.
