More children are coming, so there is 1 vacant pedagogical position in the oldest group in the kindergarten and 1 in the nursery.

We are looking for educators who are passionate about high professional standards and about creating safe, curious learning communities for our oldest kindergarten children and nursery children. At Lindelund, language work, play and relationships are central, and we prioritize early, targeted support for children in vulnerable positions. You thrive in an environment where everyday life can be busy, but we stand together, remain calm and work in a structured and professional way.

At Lindelund you share responsibility for planning and following up on pedagogical processes with a focus on participation opportunities in the community and linguistic development. But also for further developing our entire pedagogical work in the house, as we work a lot across. In the oldest kindergarten group there is additional focus on targeted work in relation to after-school care (SFO) and school start.

You are curious about language and know how to support children with a mother tongue other than Danish – through play, dialogue and conscious learning environments. Your writing skills are strong, so documentation and clear communication to colleagues and parents comes naturally to you. Collaboration is a given for you, and you contribute loyally and enthusiastically to both the team’s professional development and a good working environment.

We offer an ambitious and warm community where there is room for fun and good laughter, with fixed frameworks, sparring, and room for professional deepening and feedback. All educators have an hour of preparation time per week that is scheduled.

You will be employed according to the collective agreement for pedagogues at day-care institutions, after-school programs, clubs etc. between KL and BUPL, where your salary is set according to the collective agreement’s base pay scale and in addition – if relevant to the position and your experience and competences – functional pay, qualification pay and allowances according to the pre-agreement in Brøndby Municipality.
