About us

Sydbo is a residence and activity offering located in Stenstrup in the Svendborg Municipality. The residence and activity offering is on the same plot.

Here, 24 adults can live, currently we have residents aged 22-76, all of whom have a permanently reduced physical and mental function and are assigned according to the Social Services Act § 104, § 107 and § 108.

We work with a fixed structure, where predictability and recognisability are central elements. The framework is based on each citizen's development stage, needs and resources. Common to all citizens is that they have a great need for specialized professional expertise and an individually tailored approach.

We work systematically from the citizens' goals, so milestones, development and rehabilitation go hand in hand.

In 2025 we started a major professional upskilling, where everyone is trained to use LA2U in practice, which will also become Sydbo’s shared professional stance.

About the job

As a pedagogue or pedagogical assistant in our activity offering, you will be an important part of the citizens' daily life.

You will work closely with the citizens on activities, relationships and communities. It can range from creative activities, music, sensory experiences and outings to practical tasks, exercise or other activities that take their starting point in the individual citizen's interests and resources.

We are looking for

A permanent position of 35 hours/week. Working hours are 8:30-15:30 Monday to Friday.

Salary and employment

In Svendborg Municipality, the salary for this type of position typically lies between 33,892 and 50,075 DKK per month for full-time employment. The salary includes pension, special holiday allowance and fixed allowances. There may also be shift allowances and other special allowances. It is important to note that your actual salary is determined based on your experience, seniority and competencies and agreed upon in negotiation with the relevant professional organization.
