Educator for Risingskolen's children's environment

Risingskolen seeks a pedagogue for a permanent full-time position in one of the school's special classes and SFO2 with start on December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

We need a professional staff member who is passionate about building good relationships and who meets children and parents with presence and predictability.

In the school part you will be in one of the school's special classes and when the school day ends you will be in SFO2.

The special class consists of 10 students with language difficulties and/or general difficulties.

Our special classes work closely with our ordinary classes; they co-teach some lessons just as they are together in SFO and SFO2.

About the school

Risingskolen is a school with around 800 students and 100 staff who place high emphasis on education and formation. The school has great diversity in its student base, and we see this as a strength and an opportunity for development.

The pedagogical staff work closely together and are organized into 10 year-group teams. We place a high value on teamwork and a sense of community around leadership and teaching in our classes and across our year groups. We take our starting point from Odense Municipality's vision of “strong child communities,” through which the SFO takes its starting point in “Together for diverse leisure time.” We work with the Strengthened Pedagogical Curriculum as a framework and common direction for our pedagogical work with the children’s well-being, learning and development.

We are looking for a robust pedagogue who is good at structure, and who with warmth and patience wants to be part of the school's SFO team and children's environment.

We need a person with a clear pedagogical profile who can plan and carry out the supporting teaching in one of the school's special classes and help drive our well-functioning SFO2.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the current agreement between KL and the negotiating organization. The expected salary level will be provided before a possible interview and depends on experience and qualifications.
