Who are we

We are an age-integrated institution consisting of both kindergarten and nursery. We currently have a standard of 60 kindergarten children and 16 nursery children.

We have a fantastic natural, scenic playground and therefore we spend a lot of time outdoors. In addition, we regularly go on trips to experience the nature around us.

Our pedagogical approach is built around pedagogical methods, where the central elements are to look at the child’s and the staff’s resources and meaningful relationships. We meet every 14 days, where we focus on joint reflections on activities and short observations in the children's everyday life.

What are you

• We dream of a pedagogical assistant for the kindergarten who is passionate about the 3-6 year olds.
• You must be able to work in both the kindergarten and the nursery if necessary.
• You must be able to work independently and not be afraid to ask if you are in doubt about something.
• You should want to further develop the pedagogical direction together with the team in the kindergarten, where professional discussions help refine our pedagogical environments and create a predictable day with the children.

Salary and employment conditions
