Parish priest in the Gunderup-Nøvling-Gistrup Pastorate, in Aalborg East Deanery, Aalborg Diocese

The position as civil-service employed parish priest in Gunderup-Nøvling-Gistrup Pastorat, Aalborg Østre Deanery is vacant for appointment on 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

To the position is attached an obligation as church book registrar and funeral authority.

The position is a full-time position.

As a new parish priest you will have an introductory program, where you get a mentor who guides you through in the first period in office and familiarizes you with the different tasks that a priest has.

The position is covered by Regulation on the Employment of Officials in the Church of Denmark etc . (LBK no. 676 of 13/7/2026)

The position is paid according to salary group 1 in the agreement on remuneration of civil-service-employed priests in the Church of Denmark.

In addition to the salary, a standby allowance is paid with a rounded base amount as of 31 March 2012 for a full-time position of DKK 43,000.00 annually. For part-time appointments, the allowance will be calculated in relation to the appointment fraction.

The position is covered by the rules of Ny Løn, which means that it is possible to request a salary negotiation.

There is a service residence attached to the position. The service residence is located at Splinten 16, 9260 Gistrup.

The housing contribution for the service residence excluding expenses for electricity, water and heating currently amounts to DKK 4,660.88.

It is assumed that applicants have a driving license for a standard car (B) and are willing to use their own car in the job.
