Who are we looking for?

We are looking for pedagogical staff with strong relationship skills. Pedagogical staff with knowledge of and experience in working with students' arousal, behavior, and conflict management.

Due to student intake and long-term sick leave, Trekløverskolen afd. Borup Byvej is seeking pedagogical assistants or pedagogical aides for a temporary position, with start as soon as possible. This is a fixed-term position up to and including June 30, 2027.

Flyer

As a flyer you will be part of a strong pedagogical community, where you will act as internal substitute coverage across classes and teams in the department.

The role of flyer requires overview, flexibility and the ability to quickly build relationships with both students and colleagues. You will become an important resource that supports continuity in the school's daily life when regular staff are absent, and contribute to creating security and stability for the students.

The work as a flyer provides an exciting and varied daily life, where you gain insight into different student groups, learning environments and pedagogical approaches. You will become part of a workplace where there is focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing and joint reflection on practice – all based on Trekløverskolen's values and the Low Arousal approach.

Teams

In these positions we are specifically seeking staff who have experience with students with various types of diagnoses and comorbidities. For some of the students, their cognitive functional level is below their biological age.

You must be able to participate in the interdisciplinary collaboration surrounding the students, also in relation to the documentation associated with the pedagogical work. This includes communication with the parents, filling out special pedagogical student plans, status descriptions, DPUs and other documents. It is expected that this takes place in a close and binding collaboration with the team.

It is pedagogical work with students, where pedagogy must be understood in its broadest sense. As a starting point, you will be attached to a team around the students, where the above pedagogical tasks constitute a large part of your daily life. The students' mood and schedule can vary, and it is expected that you are able to adapt your pedagogical approach to this.

Who is Trekløverskolen?

Trekløverskolen is spread across three departments: Blommevej, Borup Byvej and Støvringgårdvej. The current student base is about 300 students. We have about 170 staff members across teachers, pedagogues, PAU, aides, therapists and TAP.

The target group includes students with communicative challenges, such as delayed or no linguistic development, students with socio-emotional challenges, students with physical disabilities as well as students with specific challenges within the autism spectrum, ADHD, developmental delay and comorbidities thereto, and also a portion of our students have pronounced mental retardation.

Trekløverskolen is a school where dialogue and openness are important core elements in our collaborative climate. We work from an appreciative approach, focusing on each student's competencies and resources so that learning situations are planned based on the students' functional and prerequisite levels. We work with the extended learning concept and bringing the subject to the child. We also work with the students' life skills, so that the students have the best chances of achieving as much independence and mastery of their own life as possible.

It is expected to be adaptable and flexible. That you can work systematically with knowledge, including knowledge about prerequisites and the student’s functional level.

• Can schedule their work time between 06:30 and 17:00

Practical information

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with applicable collective agreement.

When employed, criminal and child certificates as well as any references from previous workplaces are obtained.
