College360 is looking for two dedicated staff members for Studieboligen – one for the Wednesday shift and one for the Thursday shift.

More than just a place to live

At College360 in Silkeborg we have room for 220 students who live at the school while pursuing their education.

For many, it is the first time they live away from home. Therefore, Studieboligen is much more than a place to sleep. It is also a place where friendships arise, communities develop, and where the young people should feel safe and comfortable.

We actively work with well-being, relationships and activities, and we believe that present adults make a difference.

As an employee in Studieboligen you will become an important adult in the students' free time and part of the team that creates safe and secure surroundings around their daily lives.

Your tasks will include

• Be visible, accessible and proactive in contacting the students.
• Build good relationships and support the sense of community among the young people.
• Help and guide the students with everyday challenges.
• Support social activities and an active leisure environment.
• Ensure school rules are followed through clear and respectful dialogue.
• Handle the situations that can arise when many young people live together.
• Supervise buildings and facilities and contribute to a safe and well-functioning living environment.

The shift includes evening and night hours, during which you help ensure peace and safety for the students.

We are looking for you who want to work with young people and who can be present, clear and take initiative.

We emphasize that you

• Have experience with young people, preferably from pedagogical work or similar.
• Are good at building trust and relationships.
• Are a clear adult who can set boundaries with respect and understanding.
• Are independent, responsible and able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Are proactive, positive and have a ready smile.
• Thrive in a workday where no two shifts are necessarily the same.

The most important for us is not necessarily your educational background, but who you are as a person and how you meet the young people.

Employment conditions

We are looking for two employees for fixed weekly shifts

• Wednesday shift: Wednesday 16:00 to Thursday 06:30.
• Thursday shift: Thursday 16:00 to Friday 06:30.

Both shifts include overnight stays at the school.

Positions are part-time, and pay follows the applicable collective agreement.

Start date: January 4, 2027
