Payroll and HR Consultant for the HR Department at Jammerbugt Municipality

In Jammerbugt Municipality, HR is part of the central management team of the municipality. We have a broad portfolio of tasks, including payroll and personnel administration, legal advice and assistance, HR development, wage negotiation, occupational health and safety, support on MED committees etc. We focus on contributing to ensure that our workplaces function well and have the best basis for solving the tasks.

Your competences

We expect that you have solid competences in payroll. It would be an advantage if you have knowledge of KMD Opus and KMD Vagtplan, which are our primary systems.

You must have experience from a municipal workplace, and be used to working with collective agreements. If you have experience with payroll and personnel administration in the elderly and disabled area as well as sickness/unemployment benefit reimbursement, it is a clear advantage.

We offer

HR is housed at the town hall in Aabybro, where we share the roof with the mayor, the municipal director, the Secretariat, Central Finance and also digitalization, IT and Citizen Service.

Jammerbugt Municipality, with its four administrations, employs just over 3,000 staff.

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement with the negotiating organisation and the principles of local pay setting.

This is a permanent position of 37 hours per week.
