Kindergarten with a music profile seeks a pedagogical assistant for the kindergarten as of December 1, 2026

Do you love singing, music and movement? Then we are the perfect nursery for you.

We are looking for a lovely new assistant who wants to be curious about our children, their development and how we together create the best childhood for the 3- to 6-year-olds.

We offer a fixed-term position of 37 hours per week, starting 1 December and ending with the summer holidays of 2027.

Børnehuset Birksvej is located in a new-build neighbourhood where many families live and more are continually moving in, which means we are a house in development. Børnehuset is from 2022 and built with some generously large rooms and a heart room where we often do activities across rooms.

The nursery is normed for 30 toddler children and 72 kindergarten children.

We are part of the current Skovgården, which after Christmas will be called Area 3, where we have close collaboration with Børnehuset Dalhaven, Balle Naturbørnehave børnehus, Balle Børnehus (and Skægkær børnehus after 1.1.27)

With us, the children are in focus. We place high value on a good childhood and work from the strengthened pedagogical curriculum to ensure that we reach all aspects of the child’s formation. We champion music and singing, and use the principles from our Sangglad certification in our daily life, e.g. through our gatherings and when we meet the whole nursery every Friday to sing together.

• You are curious, reflective and appreciative in your approach to children, parents and colleagues
• Are part of safeguarding the good and respectful cooperation with colleagues and the leader and contribute to a good atmosphere
