Rødvig Children's Center is located in the heart of Rødvig. We are surrounded by the most beautiful nature. We have Stevns Cliffs and Rødvig harbor in the 'backyard', while on the other side of the road we have Jungle Path and Stevns Free School.

Rødvig Børnecenter is a day care institution currently with 110 children aged 0 to school start. The building is laid out with three nursery groups, three kindergarten groups and a special group. We are a day care institution where engagement, co-determination, development, learning, safety and well-being are key words in everyday life. And we place importance on a good parent collaboration.

We are seeking, as of December 1, 2026 – or as soon as possible thereafter, an experienced pedagogical assistant who would like to become part of our team.

We are looking for someone who

• has experience working in daycare/early childhood education
• can work independently and take responsibility for both children, activities and practical tasks
• is proactive and can identify what is needed in daily life
• has an educational perspective and is curious about the practice we create together
• puts the children's well-being, development and participation opportunities at the center of your work
• can adapt when daily plans change, and can maintain an overview in a changing everyday life
• communicates openly, respectfully and constructively with both children, parents and colleagues
• contributes positively to the working environment and is eager to be part of a strong collegial community
• Contributes to shared task solving and activities across the building – e.g. theme weeks, events and other joint initiatives
• is stable, responsible and has a good work ethic.
