Pedagogical assistants for Børnehuset Villa Bohème (35 hours per week)

Do you want to help create a safe and inspiring daily life for children aged 0-6?

The employment is in Børnehuset Villa Bohème, which is a 0-6 year institution in Bøhmensgade on Amager. We have 36 babies in the nursery and 44 preschool children, placed on each their own floor. Working hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

We see ourselves as one house and help each other across. We work in small groups, which provides calm and the opportunity for deep engagement in play and activities.

We have a good working environment and a strong sense of teamwork with low sickness absence. We work together to make the day and the pedagogical practice fit together. We are happy to challenge ourselves and try new things together.

You will receive a thorough introduction from our educators to our approach and methods, including the Circle of Safety, aligned pedagogy, spaces and learning, and the language ladder.

It is not important whether you have experience. The most important is that you are willing to learn together with us and want to help develop our practice for the benefit of the children.

We expect you to participate actively in everyday life, take co-responsibility for a good working environment, be reliable in showing up, flexible, look positively at everyday life and enjoy going to work.

You must be able to formulate yourself both in writing and orally.

Employment terms

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local pay setting.

In connection with the recruitment we obtain a child and criminal record check as well as references.

The working time is 35 hours per week.
