A little about us

Refmosegård Børnehus is a kindergarten with 60 children and 9 staff. We are a house where we want nature, child life and outdoor life to fill our pedagogical everyday life.

We work with LAHOPL and have started the work with NEST pedagogy, where we want to strengthen inclusive learning environments and participation opportunities for all children.

We are also focused on being a shared house where we can refine our collaboration culture and create a stronger common professional direction, where the staff take responsibility for the child communities across the rooms.

Our pedagogical stance

At Refmosegård Børnehus we believe that all children have value in themselves and contribute positively to the community.

We are curious about the child’s perspectives and intentions and work affirmatively with relationships and child communities. Play has a central role in our everyday life, and we work with learning environments that invite depth, curiosity and participation.

The leadership task

As the pedagogical leader at Refmosegård Børnehus you will have the opportunity to set direction and influence the house’s continued pedagogical development, together with a committed staff group.

You will among other things be responsible for

• The daily pedagogical and personnel leadership.
• Setting a clear professional direction for the day-to-day pedagogy and support in practice.
• Strengthening the collaboration culture and developing child communities across the rooms.
• Supporting the continued development of NEST pedagogy.
• Supporting the professional topic-based LAHOPL projects, which both staff and children value.
• Supporting the staff’s well-being, development and the work environment.
• Operations, organization and prioritization of resources.
• Collaboration with parents and cross-disciplinary partners.

Who are you?

We imagine that you are a trained pedagogue and have leadership experience from a day care or a similar pedagogical field.

We emphasize that you stand secure in your leadership role, can create buy-in and have a view for both people, professionalism and organization.

• Communicate clearly and respectfully – even when something is difficult.
• We do not expect you to know everything from day one. Instead, we expect you to have a solid leadership foundation and a desire to develop both people and the organization.
